Got an automated call, hung up sure it was bogus. Two days later, a woman called saying she was from RBC Visa security and started going on about a suspicious charge to my card. I asked for a number to call back, she said call the number on the back of the card, and she gave me her name and a case number. I still thought it was bogus because it sounded like phishing. I decided to call the number on back of the card to let them know somebody was trying to trick me. To my extreme surprise they confirmed both the automated call and woman calling, then asked me if a charge to a charity is legit, I said no. So RBC Visa did a good job catching this.
